We have an old cuckoo clock that was bought in Germany, that has been in our family for many years. On October 27, 2021, our daughter, ******** ******, dropped off the cuckoo clock at Tick Tock Clock Shoppe on **** * ********** *** ********* ** *****, for cleaning and repair. Approximate completion date would be 3-4 weeks after drop off date. After 3-4 weeks, no call from business on status of repair. Several times our family has called the Tick Tock Clock Shoppe. On the web, it states that they are only open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 5:30pm. However, we have called both phone numbers and the voicemail of the first phone number (************) states that due to COVID-19, they are not available, but to leave a message as they will check voicemails when they can. The female voice also said that if we had any questions on a specific repair, then we should call **** at ************. We have left several voicemail messages over the last few months. When we called the second phone number (************), the voicemail from **** said to also leave a message, however, the voicemail was completely full and it would not allow us to leave a message. So there has been no communication from this company since October 2021. If they are not able to repair the clock, or due to COVID they don't want to continue business, then all we want is for them to return the clock back to us.Business response

I was out for 2 months due to Covid19 hence why I never answered the phone due to extreme illness. I do believe they got their clock back already.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: As of today 3/10/2022, we do not have our cuckoo clock back. The Tick Tock Shoppe still has our clock. We have not received any contact from this business either via phone call, email, or US Postal Service mail. We are willing to pick up the clock, even without repairs, and end this complaint. However, we are still in the same scenario as we were before the complaint.
