On 11/28/23 I paid a $******* of $3242.00 for county flooring to install vinyl flooring in my kitchen, closets, and half bath. We agreed on 12/11/23 and 12/12/23 for the dates for the install. After the lst day I noticed bubbling/waviness in the floor. The next day I brought the issue to the installer. So, after the job was finished, I asked the installer about the bubble/ waviness and I was told it would reslove within a week. I also brought up the issue up with ***** from county flooring and I sent pictures. He told me that the gases in the glue need to settle and should take a week. On 12/18/23 called ***** and reported the issue was still present and I was told by ***** that the installer would come back and reroll to see if the issue would resolve. ***** told me I have 2 year labor warranty. So, I couldn't make an appointment right away because I would be out of town for the holidays and would reach back out to set a date and time for reroll. On 1/2/24 reached back out to ***** and we set 1/9/24 for reroll. Installer came back and still no resolution. Called ***** same day about issue and he said he would be contacting tarkett about issues. I was told he would put in warranty claim or a reinstall. He said he would have an answer for me on 1/18/24. I didn't hear back so I reached out 1/23/24 asking for ******* because of the poor install and lack of customer service. I still kept getting reassurances that the problem will be resolved and i'm not seeing it. On 1/29/24 ***** and the sales rap from tarkette came. The sales rep asked questions and took pictures of the floor. I was told a piece of extra flooring would be sent off to be tested and would take a couple of weeks. I reached out to ***** on 2/26/ and 3/12/24 same story they are working on it and ot is now 3/25/24 and I have not heard anything about what is the next step. I am tired of chasing them down and I want my money back. I have no confidence in this company and this has been a horrible experience.Customer response
