AAA LOCK exceeded my expectations.Desperately needed locks to be changed the same day I called in the a.m. service was scheduled for 4 oclock. ****** the young man servicing my home, called, said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier, which was perfect.****** was very professional, friendly and so easy to talk to and work with. Seemed to be in tune with the urgency of my situation, Crazy thing is it in my haste I LOCKED my house with new keys inside. GUESS Who (******) had to come to my rescue once again. He was so understanding came back in a matter of minutes.I highly recommend this company, and I hope your serviceman is ******!!!????

This company deserves no more than **** rating. I should have read the BBB reviews before calling them. Hopefully this will be a warning for other customers. I locked myself out of the house and called the first company that popped out on ****** search and was open 24/7. ************** has a nice professionally looking website and the dispatcher answered the call promptly. After asking how much they charge he said $89.00. The technician arrived shortly in a private van, with no company logo or anything to identify him as the company technician and it took him less than 5 minutes to unlock the door. He only used a simple tool that looked like a long needle attached to a screwdriver. He then proceeded to write me a ****, which was $49.99 for the service call and $149.99 unlocking. The receipt was written on a piece of paper without the company information or the technician's information on it. as it turned out, he was a subcontractor. He wouldn't accept a check as payment, it had to be a credit card and he was trying to convince me that I was getting a good deal because he waived $4**** in credit card fees. I wasn't in a position to dispute it because I was alone and it was already dark outside, it didn't feel comfortable to argue with two strange technicians. I called AAA Lock and Key the next morning and asked to talk to a manager. It's been 2 days and no callback. This company only excels in ripping customers off. Please STAY AWAY from them.

Terrible service. The company we normally use was not available so we reached out to this company. Had a door that wasn't locking at our business. The man did come out and lock it so we could go home but said that it would take him hours to fix it and would come back monday to finish the job. I called monday morning and asked what time he would be coming and said I would need a quote for the job. He said he would be there at 1pm. I received a call from my employee that he was at the office at noon and had already started fixing the door. When I got back to the office, he was already finished (20 minutes, tops). He told me he replaced a lock cylinder. I told him I needed the keys for our other door to match this door. He told me it was not an option and that I just needed to use separate keys. Then I was charged $580.00 for this service. I then called our normal locksmith company to come by for a second opinion. They were able to rekey the door for us within ten minutes. I asked this company what they would have charged for the same services I was given by AAA and he said it would have been only $200 and would have included the rekey service that I was not given by them (that I paid an additional $85 for from the other company). This locksmith just did not want to take the time to give us the service that we needed and way overcharged us for something he did not give us a quote for. I would not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again.

I had my own key that lost its programming I called them to have them come out and reprogram it they said $200. When they were done it was almost $700! ******!!!!!! DO NOT CALL!!!
