I hired this company to build a home for me. They haven&#**;t finished the house and they have failed to pay the subcontractors. Now the subcontractors are threatening to put a lien on the home. H3237323735**37353137H filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy although he is actively building another home.Initial Complaint

******************* the Founder of First Choice Custom Homes has refused to fulfill the contract that was signed April 2021 in building our custom home. He has taken money from us in the approximate amount of $286,000 and did not pay approximately $80,000 to subcontractors and creditors for supplies and work. He called on April 1 and told us he would not be working on our home anymore and not to call him.
