In Aug &#**;22 we hired this company to put up a 28X28 ICF building with 28X14 second floor. He guaranteed that it would be done before winter. He never would write us an official contract. In April &#**;23 they started on the second floor. According to 5 contractors as well as qualified engineers, we noticed the roof was coming down. We were informed that substandard materials were used in the building process. An engineer had deemed the structure unsafe. To fix these issues, it will cost more than the building. He claims to have had an engineer construct the building plan but would not share their information with us
