The tech, ****** is horrible and he works very slow and moved slow. Has No CS skills. He was very big/ tall and looked like he was going to fall over his big feet every time he walked. He sounded like he didnt want to work when speaking on phone initially. When I saw him It was confirmed. We walked to the drain. Immediately, He told me I needed new piping under floor. I replied that I just want drain unclogged. I then asked about price of new pipes/additional questions but he interrupted and said I dont do the repair, call **** at the office. He was very rude to me. He kept showing me His findings but couldnt or didnt want to answer my questions. I was getting frustrated. He showed me mud in drain but told me to call **** about repair. Finally, after he finished doing whatever it was that took so long, he started writing the invoice. (NOTE: We never checked his work by flushing the toilet or running water to confirm that drain was clear). He then said I charge $80 per hour, and Ive been here over 2 hours. At point, I knew he was out to scam me. I told him that the office quoted me a price of $150 when I made the reservation on Sunday and that I have the coupon and my family and I are repeat customers on this block. He didnt care. I also told him, *** never been charged by the hour for unclogging a main stack by the others I gave him my credit card for payment. He interrupted me and said, you ask too many questions like you dont know whats going on, you dont want to pay for anything. Ive been here for over 2 hours. He then said, Im charging you $130 and Im telling the office to not service your house anymore. At this point I was really nervous/felt threatened. I replied, I dont want service from yall anymore. I asked for my credit card back, told him to get out of my house. He put the card down, slammed door behind him as I pushed it closed. He reopened the door and laughed. had to lock it to keep him out. He was weird.

I was in contact with my service guy when he was there. He is fully trained and has worked here for about a year and only called to ask a few questions. She called him a racist, refused to pay him. She hollered several racial names to him. He was trying to explain the pipe was broken. She was very hard to deal with. She did call and attempt to give us some payment. At this point, we decided to not take payment from her and decided to go our separate ways.

My family member informed me that AA QUIK sent ****** to her home for Srevice snd she had a similar experience. She said he acted like he was inexperienced and incompetent. Based on what AA QUIKS response he is incompetent and inexperienced. Being a plumber for 1 year shows that my family member snd I are correct in judging ************************* performance. I stand on him being a racist.We ( all of my family who used AA QUIK on my block)) will NOT ever patronize them again. And weve used them a lot for our rental property.He/ **** lost great customers.
