      Brads scooter, 1800.00 for the first bike and then least then a month later I got another bike that was 1500.00 dollars. The owner would not give me the 300.00 difference for the first bike, and then least then a month I needed to get the 2nd bike repaired and the cost of the repair was 750.00 dollars cash I only had the bike for 4 days and then I needed to return the bike to them to get it repaired. I returned the bike for repairs. I would like a refund of 1800.00 and 750.00 for the repairs I paid for a total amount of 2550.00.

      I did originally refund the first bike minus the amount of damaged that was done cosmetically done to the bike. I then sold the customer the second bike and stated on the receipt that the bike was sold as is no warranty. The bike was brought back to us with major amount of damages. These damages was caused by neglect and judging from the bent swing arm the bike was involved some type of accident. We did the repairs that was listed on the repair receipt and contacted the customer in regards to the bent swing arm. The customer agreed to pay for the additional swing arm and labor to replace it. After the customer received the bike back, he contacted me about some additional issues the bike had, those issues were not addressed on the service ticket and required additional parts and labor. Due to the customers negative attitude, and his smoking of marijuana in our parking lot, I have contacted the customer and told him that we will not service his bike and he need's to come and pick it up. As far as any refunds they are being denied.

      I have contacted the customer and told him to pick uo his bike or storage charges will be incurred as of 12/29/1022.
