On 8/3/2022. I visited Best Deal Auto Sale to look at a 2014 ****** Pathfinder they had advertised. I test drove the vehicle and it ran fine and saw no problem with it. The salesman (***) told me the vehicle was in great condition and had recently been serviced at their mechanic. I purchased the vehicle the following day and drove it for the following week, this time the vehicle started smoking badly on start up. I contacted the salesman *** on the phone and he told me to take it to their mechanic and when I arrived at the shop I was total ignored, I waited for about **************************************************************************** so I left. Ive been trying to contact *** since I left and have received no response. I started doing some research on the vehicle from the car fax report and found out that right before Best Deal purchased it, it had been seen by a dealership in Kansas and was diagnosed with a bad engine. I have continued to try to reach Best Deal but they have closed their location and no one will return my calls. They also purchased a older vehicle from me for $300 that I had and I found out today it had been abandoned on the side of the road and towed and impounded. I called the towing company and told them I sold it to best Deal (***) and gave them their phone number. I have text messages to back up the sale, hopefully they dont come after me for it.Initial Complaint

After less than 30 days the check engine light came on and I went to pop the hood and the latch is broken (they had the hood open when I looked at it first). Now (50 days in) check engine light came on and it wont start. I tried to get the owner to call me but will only text and told me to call the warranty company. They cut off all contact and wont discuss. Im on disability and have a very limited income.Initial Complaint

Long story short I went to go purchase a vehicle at this place I ended up liking another couldn't make up my mind they ended up giving me a great deal I purchased both vehicles I was told that they came with a 30 day warranty and on the Eos I purchased an extended warranty which I was told was the top of the line warrant tocover anything and everything if something went wrong on the car. From day one I've had nothing but problems literally have never even got to drive the truck was making weird noises transmission is going out from day one I called them told them it wasn't gonna work out that they misled me and i was told to bring it back to them i told them this vehicle shouldn't even be drove down the road let alone in an hour away i told them they could come pick it up with their tow truck that i wanted my money back they told me they were coming to get it they never showed up they didn't they didn't answer phone calls i drove down there they wouldn't answer the door it's been a complete mess they've completely ignored me numerous times from trying to reach out to them from ******** to in person got a vehicle that I've never been able to use once since day one and had issues with my car as well I had a replace of battery within a couple days They told me they'd give me the battery back on that to keep the receipt which they never would give me the money back on that either I vehicles I spent nearly $15000 for with a warranty now I'm having troubles with the eos and no one will take warranty they say it's 3rd party n no good. I need help with some kind of solution I really would like to receive my money back for the truck that I've never been able to drive that they told me they were coming to get day one then turned around ignored me told me they had to go to this other shop and deal with other *********************** but he was no help basically gave me run around and told me to deal with main guy it's just been a big mess I just really want my $ from truck and warrantyInitial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from them last year in April. I am trying to get the license plates renewed. We can**;t do it because the same exact thing that the man who sold us the car said he fixed. We can**;t get a part, can**;t get it fixed and can**;t get it licensed. When the diagnostic came back they said the check engine light was not able to come on. They are getting the same code that we got when we purchased the car. The mechanic who did the diagnostic said that the car has not been repaired, these are old parts that haven**;t been touched. I purchased a 2009 **** Escape on Saturday. THat same day the vehicle was having issues. The RPMs would go high, and it wasn**;t running right. I called them and they said they would come pick it up but have yet to do so. I want my money back. I paid them $5500.
