I purchased a brand new refrigerator on 04/11/2023. The refrigerator arrived today, the ice maker is missing parts to hook it up with nor does it have instructions on how to hook up the ice maker. I called the business back and they told me to look up the instructions online. I called the loan company said they were going to send my complaint to the resolution department, but they might night be able to do anything about it until next week with it being Friday. Also, I am unable to adjust the temperature to the refrigerator. I am a diabetic and my insulin needs to be at a certain temperature and I am unable to adjust the temperature to the refrigerator. I would like for them to come and pick up the refrigerator. I do not want their services anymore.Business response

We have spoke with the customer yesterday 4/17 and explained on new refrigerators they don't come with a water line you have to buy them extra. We told her we would buy her a water line but she will need someone to hook it up. Our delivery company will not hook up water lines. And her other complaint was it didn't have a manual so we will print her one off the internet and she can pick it up when she picks the water line up.Customer response

The business owner is going to download the instructions for the refrigerator and order a new ice maker.
