Their online store is a borderline scam. Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when ordering online. I was charged a $500 restocking fee for a fridge which I cancelled that never left their warehouse. Their product pages often do not make it obvious what condition a product is in. This was the case for me. The online product page had no pictures of the actual fridge, just a stock photo of a new fridge. However, if you squint towards the bottom of the page, sometimes (and only sometimes) you will see that a product is rated a certain quality grade, the description for which is buried deep in their website. Only after I made the purchase did they send photos, which showed the fridge to be heavily used. Their cancellation policy is also buried deep in their refund policy page. What's more, they sent me a document asking me to agree to not file for a chargeback.Review from Rachel D

I would give them 0 stars if I could, we went up there and drove over an hour to get there the buy a refrigerator that we were told was NEW but dented up a bit, when we got home we found out it was used and the waterline leaks everywhere flooding out kitchen , we tried to get ahold of them but they refuse to answer phones, probably knowing its unhappy customers trying to get ahold of them.Review from William D

Bought a washer a year ago.Asked them to look at it as it was shaking like an earthquake.They refused to come look at it and asked me to send a video.The washer shakes so much it knocks everything off of it.Their response was this is normal.So I went with it even though the wife was ******.Next the wife wanted the matching dryer, so I bought the dryer from them.The dryer has a gaping hole in it after 6 months I left a nasty comment on their ******** Page which got there attention.Their solution was that they would replace the washer with a better brand than ******* but I would have to pay 2-3 hundred dollars more and that I would have to pay $50 for them to check out my dryer.Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!See the photos.Clearly see how the decal has come off (pretty suspicious)See the huge hole in the dryer.Since they have removed my comments on their Face Book Page and blocked me from messaging them.I'm an honest hard working family man. I deserve better than this and SO DO YOU!

Absolutely ridiculous. Front load washers shake during the spin cycle. Customer did post video of his washer working perfectly fine, he also chose the lowest base model unit with the most basic features, which does not include vibration stabilization. This gentleman also visited us AFTER purchasing his washer to buy a dryer. He purchased these items well over a year ago AND THEY ARE STILL IN USE AS HE CONFIRMED to me personally. He was harassing with continued messages and comments, so ******** did remove him. I have no interest in helping someone who is harassing me over items that are in working condition that he is still using.Review from GLORIA C

"ZERO STARS". DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. My name is *********************. I purchase a ******* washer and dryer a year ago in March 2021. My dryer is not working. I paid close to $1600 for the set and now my dryer will not get hot. Although I was told I only had a 6 month warranty, I was not expecting my dryer to go out 6 months later. I called the store thinking they would repair the dryer being I was told there was nothing wrong with the set other than few dents on the set. They flat out refused and basically said **** happens. Who has money to fork out to get a one year dryer that was suppose to be new repaired. I am going to reach to the Better Business Bureau. AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEN WHEN THE ******** WARRANTY EXPIRES AND YOUR MERCHANDISE STOP WORKING YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN.
