My car was recently totaled in an accident that was not my fault. The other driver's insurance said they would pay for a rental for me. I can't get a rental without a $50 deposit (not the problem) secured with a debit or credit card that is not considered "prepaid". I have more than sufficient funds in my "prepaid" account to secure the deposit. Now my car is totaled through no fault of my own and I can't get a rental because they won't take my "prepay" debit card. If the funds are there, what is the problem?!?Review from Josh B

Reserved a car called to confirm gave them my card and drivers info everything and when I went to pick it up all of a sudden I needed a major credit card been renting cars for ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* before I make all my plans and show up for a car you promised me that's the whole point of making reservations so on the day of stuff like this doesn't happen and your outsourced indian help line was atrocious we couldn't understand each other and he ended up just yelling nonsense to me this was a horrible experience I cannot stress enough how crappy this business is go anywhere elseReview from Steven B

I rent from Enterprise at least once a month to go to ************ ******* for my doctor's ************* I would like to thank ************************* for his the way he treats not only me but each customers that walk through those doors. Such kindness and respect. He acknowledged you when you first walk through the door. He is very professional and have the skills to be a manager. I wish he could manage the store in ******** ******* on ***************. I don't think Enterprise will be disappointed. Awesome job ****!!!!! You are ?? with your customers. The other employee I would like to acknowledge is ***********************. The smile welcome you right away. This man have one of the most beautiful smile?? I've ever seen and it works perfectly with his job. He speaks to the customers get them checked in and out very quickly. I like that because of the time of my appointments in ************. Enterprise you have such valuable employees working for you. It's hard to find employees who first of all wants to work and take proud of where they work. It will show. Ask ************************* and ***********************. One more employee is ***. Her voice! She have the most cutest little voice that I've ever heard. It's warm and inviting. She as well speak to the customers when they first walk in. Get you checked in and out there. Great job ***! ?? Enterprise do your job in keeping such great employees. Reward them. Who doesn't like an extra ************* added to their paycheck. It makes a difference. I don't sugar coat anything. I tell it the way I see it.Review from H R

Never have I ever worked with a worse company! We received a call to confirm our reservation the night before our flight and for some reason the person on the phone took it upon themself to cancel our reservation. Not only did they cancel it we never received notification that it was cancelled so we got to enterprise and found all of this out within the first hour of our family vacation. I will never ever use enterprise again and I strongly urge others to refrain as well.Review from COLIN G

During my recent rental experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in *******, **********, I encountered significant challenges. I found the manager, *************************, to be exceptionally rude, as she not only declined to provide me with the contact information of a supervisor or superior, but also engaged in unprofessional interactions. This behavior extended to her coworker as well, resulting in unending unhelpfulness. I initially made arrangements with another Enterprise location for the car to be transferred to the ******* site, only to be told upon arrival that this couldn't be accommodated, leaving me stranded during after-hours without a rental vehicle. She said that in no uncertain terms that she refused to help out in anyway. This experience was, without a doubt, the most disrespectful and unprofessional encounter I have ever had in a business setting. Additionally when i asked for her supervisors info she snatched the business card out of my hand that she gave me and tole me to call her branch and complain her to her. Furthermore she said the only information she would provide was the branch info and insisted that I could find the corporate complaint number online.Review from Leonitta T

On February 8, **** I rented a vehicle from Enterprise. My registration was for a mid size luxury vehicle. They provided me an Audi Q3. I questioned if it was in the same class and was told it was. After reviewing vehicles on line, it seems the Q3 is a compact vehicle not a luxury midsize vehicle. When I called corporate headquarters I was told that the Q3 was a standard luxury vehicle and equivalent to midsize. The vehicle was too small for my needs and did not meet my expectations. It is my husbands birthday and I paid the additional cost so he could drive a mid class luxury vehicle. While I understand that this was supposed to be a Land Rover or equivalent, the Audi Q3 is not equivalent to the Land Rover in any imagination but Enterprises. They were quiet and customer service was good, however I did not receive the project I paid for and could not obtain a discount or reimbursement despite multiple attempts to talk with someone.Review from Emily Y

If I could give ERAC Car Sales 0 Stars I would. I went into ERAC in Islin ** to buy a car for my son. I showed them my credit score which was in the excellent category and they expressed credit would only be run once, they had me initial 7 pages of documents (no need to read just initial and sign at the yellow) and a moment later it came back as excellent; however, my bank which I have a credit service with alerted me my credit was run 8 times lowering my score 37 points. The manager ***** just smiled and said congratulations on the car for my son and made light of it. The next day 2 other banks ran my credit for a car loan for Enterprise Rent a Car , Car Sales. I got a call from ERAC Car Sales the next day about giving them a review and I asked to speak with a manager. ******* was reluctant and said someone would call me back. Tomorrow is the 7th day for the return car period and honestly think we will return it as ERAC Car Sales is NOT truthful and tries to push things off or not answer. Overall they should be more upfront that they are going to shotgun your credit vs asking you if you'd like to contact your bank to obtain a car loan which would have done less damage to credit score.Review from Brook M

I used to be a valued customer with ********************** and then they put me on the do not rent list because my mother in law took the rental I had in the driveway without my knowledge and ended up getting pulled over. I got it out of the lot they towed it to within 10 minutes if it being there and had returned the car back to Enterprise. I told Enterprise to file charges on my mother in law for taking the vehicle as I did not give her permission nor did I want to lose my relationship with them because I rented vehicles from them quite frequently but instead they put me in the do not rent list and no one will return my calls when I call and beg and plead if there is anything I can do to get off of it. Now my mother in law is allowed to rent from them and I am not, even though I was a preferred customer. Very disappointed how ********************** has treated me as a valued customer for the past several years. I cant even rent a car with my insurance company if something happens to my vehicle because they use Enterprise and they will not remove my name from their do not rent list.
