On April 18,2022, my daughter wanted to order a prom dress from Otiomitasignature bridal shop online . Basically , they scammed my daughter of a dress worth $1204.50. The dress looked exactly nothing like what she asked for. She asked for a replica but looked nothing like what she wanted . The box was delivered a month later and just appeared at my door step . She missed the dress In time for her prom and looked like garbage . It definitely did not look $1205 like the replica she wanted . The bank gave me a temporary credit in April but was taken out recently back out of my account . I want the funds immediately since it overdrawn my account . They scammed a 17 year old with a dress that looked nothing like what she asked for .Business response

*** ********* daughter ordered a custom dress on April 9th 2022. When spoken with her daughter she is explained the design and budget. We reinerated to her daughter that we do not copy designs and we strive to have each design completely designed by her. We sent several pictures of the dress from start to finish, the lace we would use to pictures of the dress on mannequin and she agreed that all was well before we shipped dress. ***** confirmed that the address provided by client in text the item was delivered May 31st, at 11:39 pm. OsioMita called and texted the clients daughter several times to ensure delivery was received and satisfaction.

Called: June 6, 2022However we received no response from her daughter after these text and voicemail. Clients mom reached out August 5th, 2022. 2 months after to retrieve said refund. OsioMita has all records to show that clients daughter agreed to dress before we shipped and OsioMita follow through to ensure satisfaction. No response was heard.
Unfortunately We regret to inform you your refund has been denied per the terms and conditions. Thank you for your time. We wish you the best.
Warmest WishesDue to the custom nature of dress and per our terms and agreement OsioMita does not issue refunds. Had said customer responded to multiple times we reached out we would of explored alternatives for customer satisfaction.
