      Daves team did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. Some areas, like entry ways and stairs, were so darkened from wear, I never thought they would come clean, but they did, and they look great. Thank You ****.

      He is a very unprofessional businessman. On a Sunday I received a text scheduling me for a Saturday without consulting me. I called them on a Monday to let them know they were being dictatorial but he became very belligerent and wouldn't let me finish saying they should consult with me. I later texted them saying if rescheduling needed to be done to consult with customers. He later texted me saying the customer isn't always right and that it's his company and that I don't have the right to dictate to him. I texted him that good companies don't argue with customers and they didn't offer to reschedule with me and not to send any more communications to me.

      Let me start by saying, we are sorry you were not 100% happy with our company. Now lets get to the complete truth, on Monday 4-11-22 it rained all day, so on Sunday the day before we began to call Mondays jobs, we got ahold of everyone except for this customer, so we left a voicemail stating that we were moving all the jobs to another date because of rain, we also stated that if their was a problem with that date to please call us and we will find you another spot, at the same time our system sends out a text alert (automative) stating the job has been moved, so without listening to their voice mail they called us ranting about how we were being dictators, As a company we will never reschedule anyone to a date they don't want, that is why we left the voicemail, as far as being belligerent, I did began to speak louder too the customer because they would not even let me say a word, so we ended up hanging up on them because it was apparent the this was only going to be a one way conversation, It can not be our fought that the customer did not listen the their voicemail, we did everything we could to properly, gracefully, and professionally communicate with this customer. ****

      As I previously stated I received a text scheduling me without consulting me. You can tell by the verbiage used in the response the companies unprofessionalism. A good company wouldn't argue as I was trying to explain that they needed to consult with me not dictate the new schedule. **** was over speaking me. It's untrue that they were graceful and professional. If I were able to forward to you the text I received you would know what I mean. I don't want to hear anything else from this company.

      As we stated before our system sends these texts out automatically, I have no control over them going out, we moved all 12 of the jobs scheduled that day because of rain, and nobody besides this customer said we were dictating.
