This company was friendly and helpful with my original quote. I had to put the project on hold and asked if the bid was still good in 30 or 60 days. They said no problem. When I secured the money, I emailed them to let them know I wanted to hire their company. I didn't get a response. It was a long email so I figured it was a bother to read it all, so I sent a more direct email telling them I would like them to come back. I wanted to hire their company. I didn't get a response. I called three times over a few weeks, still no reply. the last thing I did was send a very direct text message that simply stated I wanted to hire the company to do my patio; no response at all. I have been trying to contact them since July 12th, 2022, it is now August 11th, 2022. So, over a month, three voice mail messages left, two emails, and a text message I have not heard anything back from them. It is very unprofessional of them. If they didn't want to do my patio, a simple reply would have been nice. I would say this company is not professional at all. They are definitely unresponsive and unless they went out of business there's no reason for it. Even if they went out of business the phone number for the company is the co-owners cell number, he could have sent me a short text.It's just unbelievably unprofessional and rude.
