This guy represented himself as a contractor. He has torn apart our kitchen, and run the electrical BEFORE getting the permit approved. We have been down to the studs and dealing with the hassle of this company for almost 6 months. Now the "contractor" is not answering his phone.

More information has come up, didn't pull electrical permit as promised and represented that he had which means we could be legally liable is we try to sell our house on the future.

the contractor is 90% complete with the job. We haven't been happy with the time line, but work has been fine.

In July 2021, I paid ****** ****** for a shower remodel. His crew was unreliable and communication was sparse. Often times his staff would work 2 hours and leave. The contract stated the job would be completed in 6 days. It took over 2 months and I still don’t have a working shower. His crew left the bathroom, door, and new floor covered in grout. They did not clean the area nor did they seal the grout. After the shower remodel, my shower leaked into the basement below. He agreed to repair the issue but the shower is still unusable and now actually pours water into the basement below. They did not waterproof the shower nor did they slant the drain. He refused to repair the shower and stated he wasn’t responsible for plumbing or the water draining into the basement. I will need the shower completely gutted, tiled again, and waterproofed. His worker also drilled a screw into the shower drain to the shower floor thus I need a new shower drain. I hired a mediator per contract. He refused mediation as per contract stating he is not a plumber. The issue is not plumbing as the shower worked prior to the remodel. The total charge was $4100. I did dispute a charge due to this complaint with my credit card company and was refunded $1629.39. I am now out of pocket $2470.61 and still don’t have a working shower and he refuses to mediate per contract. I never received what I paid for. Option now is to go to court and report to the BBB for assistance for potential refund. I have a large file (timeline, contract, and text correspondences) of supporting documents that I can fax or email to you as it is too large for attachment. I’ve attached a video and photos. Thank you.

We were retro-fitting a 122-year old home.  We paid extra $2500 to a vendor (tile guy) to slant the shower floor and sealing it.  We were not paid to replace the existing plumbing which we told her needed to be replaced, we simply tied on to it.

Beware! Do not use this company, Castle AV Media Solutions or the owner, ****** ********. The business also uses the names Castle Remodeling and Castle Remodeling Solutions. This company is a rip off. They are not reputable. The owner will harass you to pay before the work is completed. He did not complete the job we hired his company to do. The parts that they worked on he used cheap materials and the work was sloppy and rushed. He kept trying to get more money from us but wasn't making any progress on our project. The owner is quick to say "breach of contract," to the person or company that has hired him but in essence he is the one that is breaching the contract. He will not apply for the proper permits and takes shortcuts. Do not do business with ****** ******** or any of his companies.
