I had a service dispute with them and they handled it very poorly. We had a breaker flip in our fuse box which their tech said was from the A/C. He cleaned the unit and said nothing was wrong with it and if the breaker flippied again in was an electrical issue and they don't do electric so we should call an electrician. Well, breaker flipped again 3 days later and called ******* ******** as they do electrical. They came out, found issues with the A/C and repaired it. When I called Richardson back to request a refund on the service that his tech did not complete they said I should have called them back? When I explained the tech advised us to call an electrian not them, they became furious and said there would be no refund and if I told anyone about this they would sue me because they've done it before. Believe me, I always do business with the mom and pops whenever possible, but this is rediculous! Shop around!Review from Shirley H

Richardson Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job on getting my new unit installed in a timely manner, were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation was complete. They even went the extra mile to reinstall my interior door where the unit was installed (it was removed prior to them coming in). If you are looking for a family owned company that is reliable, affordable, professional, and has great customer service, ******************** is the company I recommend.
