Continual, unsolicited text messages to my phone on the NO-CALL REGISTRY asking if I want to sell my house. Quit texting me from different numbers. I never requested to be contacted. I can provide screen shots of the various text messages upon request.Business response

To Whom it Concerns:I received a Letter from BBB today, stating that there was a Complaint against my company. I located the text messages sent to **** *****, one on 4/11/22 and the other on 4/22/22. With each message sent, asking him if he would like to sell his house, he did not reply.If he had simply replied, informing my company that he did not wish to be contacted, we would have swiftly made note and not contacted him the second time. As of now, I have noted the system that he does not wish to be contacted. I see no further steps to take, however if you feel it appropriate, I am happy to email Mr. ***** to try and appease him.Please let me know what must be done to avoid any negative marks to my account.Thank you.All the Best,*** *****Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I am on the DO NOT CALL list. It is unethical and potentially unlawful to use my information for your business purposes without my consent. While I appreciate that I am not longer on your contact list, I would expect this company to comply with Missouri law.
