Over two years ago I took over 20 saws to this business and they were supposed to repair them. I spoke with owner **** and was told they would be repaired in 1-2 months. I also spoke to *****, **** and ***, *** about the progress and continued to be told they would get back to me on the progress. Within this time frame I followed up with them on several occasions on the progress and they said they were working on them. They called in September and said two of the saws were ready to be picked up. When I used one of the saws it died after 5 cuts, so I inquired about two of them that were supposed to be repaired. At that time, I spoke with ****, who became very defensive and said they were done with me and told me to pick up my saws.

He brought in saws that were in pieces. We fixed two of them. We called and told him that they were ready. He never picked up or paid for them. He called today and cussed out our service manager. We asked for him to pick up the ones we fixed and pay for them, we would repair the others. He cussed at us again and we told him to come get his things that we were not interested in doing business with him.Customer response

These people are such liars, i paid these people for the saws they called about and picked them up after they sat there for over 2 years there service person talks to you like a dog i have paid this place over 70,000 dollars and they never had a problem as long as your feeding them money ? Why now ? Look at are purchasing history with these people i have receipts of all purchases and repairs
