USA Mortgage Company helped me close on my beautiful new home in 8 DAYS. They were so responsive and helpful walking me threw all the steps to close on my home when other companies turned me away. ***************************** was ************ and I recommend him and **** to anyone in need of closing on a home in a quick and efficient manner. This company was upfront and about good business and my better interest so I trust they will do the same with whoever reaches out to them. Thank You So Much ****** and the USA mortgage Team I Appreciate ALL your HELP. I will be recommending you to everyone I know interested in buying a home.

I'm filing this review trying to get an appraisal fee refunded. An agent there *** leads to believe an escrow on our property was to be finished in 2 weeks. We spent, almost $13,000.00 on repairs and still wasn't able to get the re financing we needed. Stay away from this company.USA Mortgage Company Response

Thank you for providing us with Mr. ****** review. USA Mortgage takes customer service very seriously and we appreciate the opportunity to address his concerns. As an initial matter, it is important to note that ************** was not the borrower nor the homeowner on this transaction. He was attempting to help a friend or relative refinance their home. The only loan the borrower in this case qualified for was an FHA loan, which has strict lending guidelines. In order to refinance home, an FHA appraisal was required to determine its value and ensure the condition of the home. The appraisal required specific repairs to be completed on the home before the loan could be approved. While some repairs were made to the property, the repairs did not strictly follow what was required by the appraiser and were not sufficient to meet the investors standards. Accordingly, the borrower is not able to move forward with the loan until all improvements required in the appraisal are completed.
