I was approve on 30 2024 for a car. ! week later i had a call from Mrs. ******** told me that my credit was frozen and i need to come in the store because its fraud what i did.She made so nervous that after i left the store 4 hrs later I had to go to the ** I was so upset my asthma kick in. Then she call me back on sep 3 2024, to bring the car back because they didnt have my ss card, she was so rued and distressful Now I have to get one, and ms **** told me to brin her the car back. She said she wanted me to keep the car and they ran my credit 3 times, then on 0ct 3 they pick it up from my job. I need help what can i do to get my car back, or refund. I spoke to alot of people and they all said they had bad experience with them. I nee my 1000 dollar refund to put it on another car.Review from CANDACE T

ENTERPRISE CAR SALESMAN LIED TO OUR FACES. HE SAID IF HE RAN OUR CREDIT WE WOULD GET ONE HARD HIT AND THE REST WOULD BE SOFT AND FALL OFF IN A MONTH, NO! IT HIT OUR CREDIT, BOTH OF US 8 DIFFERENT TIMES FROM 8 DIFFERENT CREDIT UNIONS AND THEY STAY ON THE RECORD FOR 2-3 YEARS I FOUND OUT! DO NOT LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT, MY CREDIT JUST UPDATED AND IT LOWERED 51 POINTS DUE TO THIS! I AM SO UPSET!! THE SALESMAN IS ***** ***** AND THIS WAS IN *****, OK!Review from Lina S

Word customer service. Left me hanging on the day of my reservation send me a. Text message 5 mini prior pick up saying vehicle was not available then proceeded to said they couldnt do anything and sent me to look somewhere else!!!!Review from Darcey T

I bought a car in 2023 from Enterprise which had a history of problems and service bulletins, class actions for transmission problems. I did some research on the cars, but apparantly not enough because enterprise claims they are serviced regularly and maintained and I thought that is what I was getting. But that is not what I recieved. If wasnt a fleet car. I feel like i was lied to to just to get that sale and overcharged. I'm a single parent and don't have money for costly repairs or to have a ****** dollar car need a transmission a year after having it. There were service bulletins sent out to dealerships and dealers. This car should have been taken in to have that dealt with or something.Review from Floyd O

Rented a car on September 15,2023 for 3 days at the ******** office.The charges were $449.27. Talked to agent the day of return, the bill was supposed to be adjusted. In October, I talked to the local rental companies office and the national office each 2 times. Without settlement. The local manager lied and said that we came an agreement with **** have rented from this local office for over 20 years. The manager should be fired.Review from Allen J.

Appx Oct 2, 2023 went by store location to rent a passenger van for event.This conversation took place at 2pm. Spok with Branch manager aspen *******. ***************************************************. 704 . ***************** stated they did not reserve passenger van. I had come back on day of my event to see if ************************* college had rented the vans first .. He had 7 vans on his yard took pictures, He had 4 more vans parked at target overflow lot also Took photos. The question is can they do this to a fellow or customer at all not reserving a van. It is first come first serve, He said,I could drive to ********* day of event on a Friday. He said I could get one in ********* reserved.. I do not think I will. I also bought two cars from these folks in 2015 and 2020. As honored state retired employee Long leaf pine award and humanity award state I try to do what is right. Presently i have had some disabilities. I hope this will be take in for consideration of next customer. This may be against disability act of ****.Review from Vicki M

Not trustworthy, truly the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I feel like they they did not value the vehicle honestly because a car supposedly worth ******** dont drop to ********* overnight I feel like I have been lied to and truly taken advantage of. Standard features were expected and were present on the first review of vehicle description online but none were present when presented, my center counsel has been painted and is peeling even the interior color is misrepresented. Shame on you enterprise. Time to call a lawyer a true bait and switch!Review from Adrienne J

I purchased a car with mechanical issues at enterprise sales in ******. I reported the issue to ************************* the areas manager. And the power warranty enterprise gives on the engine has expired because they didnt update. The mileage on the car was purchased. Now Im not getting any response and my car check engine light is still on.Review from Gail R

I rented a car from Enterprise from the US. When I arrived to pick up the car in Sardinia it was not Enterprise but a company called *******. I believe they just use the Enteprise name. My compact car rented in the US was a mini SUV in Italy. They claimed it was their smalles car. It was terrible to drive on the tiny roads in the small town and I actually injured my shoulder trying. After dozens of calls and emails they offered me two one day free car rentals but only from an Airport in the US. Their contention was that it was *******'s fault and ******* refused to do anything (even trade for a smaller car). That was in April. It is now June. where are the coupons. I called yesterdy May 31 and was told I would get it in 24 hours and that it had been submitted wrong in April. I called today June 1 and was told the agent made a mistake and it takes 3-5 days! So bottom line is Enteprise is giving me the run around and its not, in my opinion reliable or honest. Also, word of note, Enteprise "partners" in other countries and in local US gas stations, etc are not actually Enterprise. They seem to be franchises or similar using the Enterprise name. I just got a 2020 **** from them 2 weeks ago and it almost killed me today on my way to work as i was told they knew of the problem's and financed it know they can't look at it till 2 weeks..
