      They are the actual worst management company I have ever dealt with!! They took OVER a year to get an my service request fixed. Then they have the audacity to charge use extra because THEY can't manage money well. Absolutely awful. If you are thinking about moving into a building or buying a house managed by them, DON'T! They genuinely don't care about their residents.

      We would like to request the address of the person filing the review. We don't have a ********************* listed in our computer system. Is it possible the person would be listed with a different last name or that another person owns the condominium or leases the apartment?       Yet my family and i lived at station plaza apartments now for 5 years. I cant speak on my first year with this property because i signed an non disclosure agreement and they also got rid of the previous manager. ****** ******* is the current manager . First words she ever said to. me after i said Hi can i pay my bill with you , was " Im only here to collect checks put people out " Never once did she mention take care of the property or the people living there. Like a prison Warden. This time i was asked to leave against a Missouri law that states if a baby is born within a leasing period the 4 people to an apartment does not pertain to their situation. However we have not been spoke to about this or even told thanks for living in the community once. We dont want to live here and been looking for suitable homes . This lady has been trying to make my family homeless . Stressing our life out. Weve been going from packed to unpacked every year with babies in our house. We dont owe money and i have more stories to prove this company and this lady are both trash Trash BAGS. Yet i dont have time and energy for it . The maintenance man sucks smokes weed on the property with other tenants. when ever he comes to your apartment its always an excuse why he cant do something or has to get you old ass dirty equipment from another apartment and bring it in yours. We were told we would have new carpet or carpet cleaned since someone lived on the same carpet before us for years and we lived there for years. They made simple excuses like your furniture would have to be moved . ( We own a moving Business) so this would be nothing. We were also told that other things would be done but they were not done. o manager also said due to having a baby and work orders not being done we have to be gone at end of our lease. Not to mention we are on a month to month Annual lease which i dont know how the **** thats legal .

      The statements made in the review are not factual. Below are the facts. The current tenants have lived in the apartment since 2018. Their lease renews annually, and is expiring May 31, 2023. They have been provided notice that we are not going to renew their lease. The notice was provided verbally and in writing in early April (per the lease we are required to provide 30 days notice, however we provided them 45 days notice). When their lease was renewed on May 31, 2022 they had four occupants and were expecting a new baby. We happily renewed their lease since the occupancy was still 4, but told them in May, 2023 they would not be able to renew because they would then have 5 occupants, which is over the occupancy requirements for the apartment. In Missouri, the landlord does not have to renew a lease upon expiration. We provided the required notice of non-renewal. We understand it is a hardship for them to move, however their lease will be expiring and we have provided more than enough notice as well as discussing it with them in May, 2022. The other statements made about the maintenance man and the Manager are false. We have very experienced and professional staff at this building. It is a beautiful building and is currently 98% occupied. We have annual inspections by the City of St. Louis and the Missouri Housing Development Commission and receive superior ratings. I'm happy to discuss this further if needed. Thank you,
