      I lived at an apartment complex owned by the Broadmoor Group for 7 months and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I believe the positive reviews of them were written by their family/friends. I do not have anything nice to say about them. Where do I start? I signed a one year lease with Le Coeur Du Monde apartments but had to move out early because of a loud banging noise that went on for months that ***** *****, the regional director, and LEAH TERRY, the property manager claimed they could not fix. I also spoke with **** *********, the PRINCIPAL of the complex and he said my complaint was NOT HIS PROBLEM. This is the kind of ********** you will receive if you live at one of these properties. You should avoid doing business with CRYSTAL TOWERS, LE COEUR DU MONDE, THE FLORENCE AT FOREST PARK, WIREWORKS LOFTS, AND SUGAR CREEK APARTMENTS BECAUSE THEY OWN ALL OF THESE PROPERTIES. During my brief time living at Le Coeur Du Monde, I experienced BED BUGS (IN WHICH I WAS WRONGFULLY CHARGED FOR), ROACHES, WASPS, CENTIPEDES, MICE, STINK BUGS, AND BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS. The assistant property manager ASHLEY WOLK, and ***** ***** refused a walk through and withheld my deposit. JOAN *********, the other principal at Broadmoor Group, sits back and pretends like resident concerns are not her problem either. The only thing this company knows how to do is sit back and collect rent checks while solving no resident concerns. You would get better service in community housing.

      The Broadmoor Group took over the ************************** in ****** ********. Since this has taken place, the overall experience has been less than. I was notified with a letter taped to my door, that the rent was going to be increased from $915 a month to $1,550 a month for a two bedroom two bath. I was given the option to stay in my unit, but for a short period of time and that all the units were going to be renovated. I decided to move and live elsewhere. There have been many posts on ******** regarding the new management and the lack of care to the complex. The manager ************************* is not professional, polite or understanding in anyway! I was sent a final account statement advising what my deposit refund will be. I was not happy with the cleaning charge of $100 and a $25 charge for dishes left in the dishwasher. I called and asked for pictures to go along with the charges. She stated that the stove was not clean and that there were a few dishes left behind. I asked why was I not contacted about the dishes and that maybe one of them held sentimental value, and her response was they are gone now. After about ***** mins, I was then sent cleaning pics and I still do not know how or why they came up with the numbers they did. Also, there was not even a check to go along with the final account statement. The dog waste cans in the complex are constantly overflowing as well. This has got to be the absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with! If you are going to renovate the units, replace all appliances and such, how can you charge to clean them? ****** is Small Town ***, and this kind of business is not going to go well.
