I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the motor has gone out on my vehicle. They are not helping me fix the vehicle or trade it in for another vehicle. I have kept up with the maintenance and done my part but B Link is not doing their part. I paid over $3,000 for this vehicle and I don&#**;t understand how the motor has already gone out.Customer response

I purchased a car from this facility and took it for an inspection and it passed. Then the check engine light came on and the dealership erased the code. The car started running hot and I took it back to the dealership. My car has now been there for almost two months and they are claiming it is my fault the car ran hot.Customer response

we bought this car two months ago. The day we got the car we drove it around the block and we returned and complained about the car jerking. They stated that nothing was wrong with the car. We went to Auto Zone to get it checked. We got a list of things there were wrong with the car. We called the car lot and informed them of the issue with the car and they stated that they would get the parts to fix the car. We have been calling everyday and they have been giving ** the run around. They came over Monday and stated that it was the transmission and they were going to come pick up the car. They have not picked up the car yet. I would like by vehicle repaired, refunded or given a car that runs.Initial Complaint

3/15/23 b links auto sales on Gravois sold me a gmc envoy that the front ends falling out they amuse it was afkat tire but I didn't do any damage to the suv,the tire blew out because the sway bar or etc broke I put down **** to ***** on the 15 ,not a week later I waited 3 days for them to come get it instead we took it to them and now they want a mechanic to look at it.btw it has a safety inspection dated the night I bought the truck and not from Gravois ots say ****** another one of there locations. Now I'm still without a car and I have ***** and ***** acting like they'd isn't know .it was a turn in also I want my money back in cash the way I gave it to her and also paid for the two days I had to take off over this rip off ..
