I hired Mr **** (******) ******** with Razor Sharp Digital LLC on June 16th 2022 in which he agreed to produce 12 videos for me for the price of $2000. At the end of the month he had only finished 6 videos but they were not the quality that I expected for that price. I paid for my second month of $2000 and immediately had buyers remorse. I reached out to him and let him know I was unhappy with not only the price of the product but that it was not up to my standards. I told him I do not want to use him for this month, I do not want him to finish any projects, I do not want any of his videos. I asked for him to prorate and refund me for this month since I would not be using his services and he refused to give me any portion of the money back. He then threatened to sue me because I shared my bad experience with others. The videos were low quality with cheap edits. He was on vacation or traveling every week as an excuse to why he didn’t finish the other 6 videos he owed me for last month. At this point I would like a full refund of $4000 because I feel like I was completely ripped off. Im hoping you can help settle this dispute before I take it to small claims court. Thanks so much for your time and help.

      Business response

      07/22/2022

Mr. ***** **** is the true definition of a malicious, derogatory, deceptive, and defamatory individual and consumer who not only did not provide factual information to state his claim but also altered the narrative from his original reason as to why he initiated dissatisfaction. Razor Sharp Digital LLC has a long 6-year standing of nothing but 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook prior to his malicious intentions that began recently out of sheer fear and own insecurities.

As an overview to the actions Mr. ***** **** has taken thus far that are not only conflicting but also a breach of contract (see attachments). An agreement signed by both parties alleged to serve as a mutual binding agreement. However, Mr. ***** **** seems to think that a contractual agreement he signed is a bullshit technicality.

      - Mr. ***** **** has initiated a complaint based on a deceptive narrative. His original statement that he was basically "broke" and out of fear wanted to get a refund. Not a matter of dissatisfaction with the service but rather seeking a $2,000 refund due to his own insecurity of fearing a market crash in the real estate space. (see attached screenshot of initial convo) This conversation continues in the SMS chain however the screenshot shared shows his original intent for a refund that had nothing to do with dissatisfaction in service or quality of product delivered.

      - Slander on Facebook (see screenshots attached) which are in violation of contract that was signed between him and myself on behalf of Razor Sharp Digital LLC (also attached)

There was not enough space to provide original communication and screenshots but as explained, Mr. ***** **** has violated a mutual binding agreement, slandered on Facebook, persuaded 2 of his friends to leave 2 negative reviews on the Razor Sharp Digital LLC. Facebook business page (these people were neither former or current client but rather malicious individuals that believed Mr. ***** Boyd's flawed narrative)

Per contract specifically, Mr. ***** **** has made several violations regarding early termination, indemnification, confidentiality, and slander. He is under the impression that a contractual agreement does not serve as a two-way street but rather a one-way street that only benefits him.

We would be more than happy to provide additional documents (since no room was left in this response). Mr. ***** **** apparently does not fathom as well that if he chooses to escalate this complaint to small claims court that he is yet in another contractual violation and any inherited legal fees would be countered back to him.

Hopefully this is enough information to support our response.

      Thank You for your time!

      Sincerely,

      ****** ********

      Chief Human Officer
