Multiple issues in my house that had never been addressed by this company. We were told by the company that things we fixed up in the house, but when my realtor and I walked through the house with each other, there was some leakage that was observed by my realtor. It was slow drainage as well as the fire place was asbestos along with the wiring and there was moisture in the joist (which can lead to mold). The original report notated all of these but did not seem to be fixed. I asked even more specifically for the mold to be addressed for fear of my relative&#**;s health. My realtor followed up with me and said they fixed everything they needed to except for some minor aspects like door knobs, but the main issues being addressed. When I entered the home, that does not seem to be the case. My piping is completely rotted, and that caused the draining issue. I spoke with the plumbers that service this home and they were aware of the situation. The person never had the money to fix it so they just maintain it for over 20 years. I paid them roughly ****** dollars.

We as a title insurance company only insure prior liens and deeds of trusts on the property to insure that you own the property that you have purchased. We are not a home owner's insurance company or builder/repair company. The items you are experiencing would be something for the builder, appraiser or your home owner's insurance company. We are not involved in any repairs or issues of the property, only liens and judgments and open deeds of trust.
I have looked at the only file we have with your name on it. I am assuming you are referring to the address of **********************************************. This file is from September 2023. If this is the property that you are referring to, you would need to get with the builder (*************************** Construction, LLC to address any repair issues.
