** cool DIY ac equipment. Purchased heating element and it was incorrect unit. I returned unit and purchased correct unit through their sales group. I was not credited for the returned unit and am being billed for both units. They are unavailable to correct no calls answered or returnedBusiness response

While we believed that the refund had already been processed to your initial charge card, we were unaware that the refund was not fully completed despite it showing as processed in our system. To rectify this, we have waived our restocking fee and are issuing a full refund, including shipping.The full amount will be credited to your account within the next 3-5 business days.
