      I ordered a Mini Fridge table from the website https://www.beautifulfightwoodworking.com on June 22. I spoke with ******* several times by email and she was always very quick to respond. She quotes 6-8 weeks for delivery. I paid the full cost of the table upfront and would pay for the shipping once by order was complete and ready to ship. On August 14 (8 weeks later) I emailed to see how the order was coming along. I was told they were running a week behind due to illness. On September 8th (11 weeks later) I email again to see if they had a date to ship. No response. I called the phone number listed on the website on September 23, no response and emailed again on September 26 with still no response. I requested a refund on September 23 and 26 due to lack of communication and no order being received.

      I ordered a table and two benches from Thai business back in October. They had me pay half for the order and half after it would be delivered. I paid the first half on October 8th 2021. They failed on many occasions to keep in contact with me and constantly had many different excuses, sometimes not answering me for months. I made a review on ****** about their business and the next time I contacted them at the end of April 2022, they all of a sudden were ready to ship the table and benches to me. I had already asked a few times for a refund, because they have on their website that their pieces are done in 6-8 weeks. At this point it had been over 6 months. They told me they had it ready to ship, but they could only ship it if this driver that they were using had room on his truck. This driver could only deliver to me right off of the interstate, on Tuesday, so I had to drive 40 minutes to pick it up, and also that they gave me an estimate that hed be there around *****pm. Because of my work schedule, I have to wake up at 5am, so I could only pick this up every other Tuesday. So far, they have missed 5 opportunities to ship to me. They never gave me a tracking number. I have invoice #****. At this point, they have not answered me since June 6th 2022.

      I ordered a personalized cornhole set on 11/26/21 online through the website. My order Confirmation is #**. I have reached out many times via voicemail, email, etc. regarding this matter and gotten no response until finally the other day I got an email saying they are behind and thank you for my patience. I have read online that this is the same response that many patrons have received. Still no ideas as to when I would receive my item. I would love to support these wonderful women - I would love to have the item that I have ordered. 7 months is a very long time to wait, and I have no promise that it will ever arrive. I have paid over $200.00 for this item, including delivery charges. I just want them to follow through on their promise. If they are unable to follow through, I will need to be reimbursed for all charges.

      I bought a coffee table and 2 end tables January 2021. In March of 2021, I contacted them because they hadnt shipped yet. They got back to me in April, apologizing and said they would be shipped that week. Every time I contacted them it would take a month for them to get back to me and then they would lie and say it was going to be shipped out that week. I finally received the coffee table in July of 2021, but the other 2 end tables did not come. It is now June of 2022 and I have still not received the end tables. They always have an excuse and promise they will be shipped out, but they never are. At this point, I just want my money back. I went through this small business because of their story and wanted to help. When I saw they were in the Today Show, I couldnt believe it because they are the worst business I have ever encountered and now they would end up scamming more people!

      Beautiful Fight Woodworking (BFW) Order confirmation: 10/01/2021 Order #: ** Item: mini fridge table (Ready to ship in 6-8 weeks) Problem: item not received. 10/01/20**-Ordered mini fridge table from a BFW. (Confirmation email received same day) 10/04/2021-officially charged and paid for table on debit card statement. 11/08/2021- I emailed them as I noticed on their website I should contact them about delivery. 11/9/2021- They emailed me, no worries they’ll ship via FedEx and to pick a stain. 11/09/2021- emailed with wood stain of choice. Date:? Maybe December or January after 01/12 email. emailed through their shop on status I don’t have a record of that. So can’t be certain of date. 01/12/20**-emailed them on status update. 01/21/20**-messages them through Facebook messenger(received automated response) 02/02/20**-messaged them through Instagram if they were the owner(replied that it was the middle of the night and they would contact me tomorrow. (Girl posted in one of their Instagram posts that they were trying to contact them about status of their things, I told her to not bother as I haven’t heard from them after several tries, don’t know the date as they erased mine and the girls posts) 02/03/20**- emailed me and apologized for delay, blamed holiday orders and storms said they are working on it to ship hopefully next week. They will contact me when they drop it off. 03/24/20**-haven’t heard a thing. Attached is emails I have sent and screen shots of all the attempts to contact them responses.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I have received the product. I will be looking over the pieces and besides of a couple sticky, wet and chipped pieces. They might all be there, will be putting it together to see if all pieces are there.

      I ordered a custom wood rabbit hutch to be built by Beautiful Fight Woodworking (BFW) on 09/11/21. I was given an estimated completion date of 10/22/21. The total cost of the item was to be $678.75. I paid the required 50% deposit ($339.38) at time of ordering with the understanding the remaining 50% ($339.37) was to be paid on pickup. I began checking on the status and trying to coordinate pick up around October 26th, 2021 only to be ignored for days or weeks and then provided with a large amount of excuses or “new” completion dates (none of which were met.) They don’t answer the phone number listed for their place of business. I tried stopping by their retail location during their listed open hours just to find closed store which leaves the only mode of communication to email or messenger. I finally asked for a refund of my deposit of $339.38 on March 1st as I am so frustrated with their lack of responsiveness and excuses. Ironically, they’ve ignored my messages and inquiries for long periods of time but responded refusing my refund within moments. During that interaction, they indicated I could schedule pick up but then subsequently went back into “ignore mode” when I asked for photos of the item. It has now been over 20 days since I asked them for proof of completion, and I’ve received no communication nor have my multiple messages since then been addressed. The entire project is 5 months past the expected date and I just want my deposit back. I truly wanted to like and support this small, local business but this experience has wasted so much time, energy and been beyond frustrating, difficult, and disappointing. I can provide proof of invoice, payment and conversations showing my intent to resolve this issue with the business owner, yet I find myself reaching out through this avenue to not only discover multiple customers with the same story and experience but also in hopes this will prompt action from BFW to refund my deposit and we can part ways.

      I have been trying to schedule a pick up with this particular customer since 2/11/22 and received no date from Mr. *******. 
      When I reached out on Facebook, I discovered he blocked our business, so I sent a text message to his personal cell, that was left unanswered but read by Mr. *******. Per his invoice, our deposits for custom items are non-refundable, and we would like to resolve this matter by having Mr. ******* pick up his order and reply to our business. I am attaching the text messages as well as our messages reaching out to schedule him. I am frustrated knowing that my messages were read and received by Mr. ******* and he couldn’t reach out with a date that would work for him, but instead chose to reach out to the BBB. Direct communication is always the best form of scheduling, and since Mr. ******* had our Facebook page, and personal cell phone, I expected some sort of reply from him.

      I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate finally receiving a response from this business, however, it is inaccurate and the issue remains unresolved.

      I have not blocked the owners from any method of communication as stated. This allegation is actually senseless and illogical as they have taken hundreds of dollars from me, not delivered my item or scheduled delivery. I want them to communicate with me!  I want my money back and I want to be done with the unrespectable business practices they engage in. 

      I have not received pictures of my item as requested nor have they responded to multiple requests to schedule a pick up date.

      As other complainants have experienced and shared, this response follows this business owners tactic of deflecting responsibility and then shifting blame to the customer.

      I have attempted to engage in direct  communication but as explained previously, I was ignored, and then after multiple attempts, provided excuse after excuse. This response is another example of this pattern.

      I still have not received my item or deposit so this complaint is not resolved and this response addressed nothing.

      I saw this business on today show. They did great work based on their website and pictures to support that. The business was in communication and answered questions up until I paid the balance of $445.26. Since then correspondence is down to one word replies. I’ve called and sent email for updates and I get no response. The hours of the business went from open daily to open only on Saturdays noon - 4pm
