**** ******* was amazing and so easy to work with!! He makes sure to follow up with you throughout the loan process with any questions or concerns you may have. **** will go out of his way to break things down as simple as possible to clients to make sure any and all paperwork that needs to be signed or read is understood, especially for first time homebuyers like myself sometimes we struggled to understand some paperwork but **** made sure we understood everything! I highly suggest you ask for **** ******* if anyone is looking to buy a home or property, he is easy to talk to and no matter how many questions or calls you may have he is more than happy to help! **** helped us make our dream into reality as first time home buyers!!!Review from Sheila V

I applied for a mortgage, the mortgage officer collected all my information required and after that encouraged me to have her run a credit check. She insisted it would only lower my score by a few points and she stated a lot of times the score will show higher I gave permission only to have my score drop by 21 points and after waiting days I finally had to contact Paddio only to be told I dont qualify due to debt income ratio.Why couldnt they have told me after I told them my income and debts and BEFORE they ran a credit check? Why did they run a hard check ? Now I have a credit score to low to qualify for any mortgage Do not trust this companyReview from Randy C

My name is ****** , Last name is *****.Its been 34 days since I completed all documents. But There is no answer Yes or No. I called and couldnt reach **************************************** I sent e-mail. Again , There isnt answer.At last , Today (05/29/2024) I called Paddio and Ive told them that I wanna cancel my application for my mortgage. And They cancelled my application today.I dont think Paddio is right mortgage lender to workReview from Jesus L

I'd rather give them a big 0. By far the worst mortgage company that I've dealt with. Paddio is a joke and unprofessional company in my opinion. Paddio or **** the loan officer did not complete things that should have been completed and had me send the documents over and over again and every time I thought the process would be complete there they were requesting another form of documentation. Then to top it off they never locked in my rate like they said they did which I felt like was done purposely. They made me pay the appraiser twice and then had me pay the ******* too. I may not get my money back because now they want to give my ******* money away. They even had the audacity to think I would keep working with them after I did all. They are heartless and dont care.Review from Rajan K

If your reading this review let me help save you tons of headache down the line with this company early. This is a very small veteran associated company so they are new to mortage and lending. Go to ****** ******** and get your home closed and have your keys in your hands. Paddio/******* ****** they are the same company has alot of bureaucracy for nothing again they are a smaller company with less experience. I just closed on my 4th home with Rocket all under 2 years totalling about 2 million. Paddio cancelled my only closing with them 2 hours before closing after they had "clear to close" a week prior. I am doing you a huge favor go to Rocket and get your home deal done plus 1% down first year plus 0.5 cash back after closing all which paddio is not doing wish I knew earlier would not even waste my application with this company. Hope you take my honest advice and get your home.
