I hired this individual to paint the interior of a house. The work was substandard and as they progressed I thought they would correct areas that were not done well but they did not. I will have to hire another company to paint. He said if I put blue paint tape on the areas of concern he would come back and correct it but he has not. I paid him in advanced, $1,000, for some other work that was to be done which he has not. He also has a key to the residence so I will have to pay to have the locks changed. I have made several attempts to call him to try to resolve the situation. He stated he had insurance that would take care of it but he will not provide me with his insurance information. Following our recent phone discussion, please find attached all the documents related to Paint Pros and Co./******* ******, and the ****** ** *** ******** ******* ** ********* You will see that ******* ****** overdrew on my credit card, but did not complete the work specified in the contract of 2019. He provided a written warranty of five years beginning in May 2019 (see enclosed email warranty of May 2019). However, ******* has been avoiding my phone calls to take care of noticeable problems with his workmanship in my house, including the fireplace (see enclosed picture of fireplace). The fireplace hazard is particularly disturbing to me, as a blind owner of the house. In addition, ******* ****** did not complete the electrical wiring of the two living rooms. In fact, I hired another electrician to complete the work at a cost of over three thousand dollars. I would be grateful for any help you can provide related to the above issues. This has been settled by the ******** ******** We were refunded $36,000 due to attempted commission of wire fraud. This job has been completed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I am not aware of a $36000 refund or wire fraud. I paid my invoices by credit card. They didn't complete the work. The AG's office came to my home, saw the work and took pictures. I had to pay another company to finish it. My fireplace is not working and it's under a five year warranty with them. They are not responding to me about the warranty.
