I ordered a quilt, shams, and skirt. They got lost in shipment. I emailed and ghosted me for weeks saying it would eventually show up and to wait. When it did show up, I emailed within a day, on Feb 12th and said it was too big and needed to return it. They allowed me to return all 4 pieces. ( 2 shams, quilt, skirt) When they received it, they told me that it failed inspection and I was not allowed to get my money back for the quilt, ($323.06). However, I was allowed to get the refund for the two shams and the skirt ($105.90). The total on the order was $428.96. They did not even return the quilt to me. I am just out the $323.06. I have been arguing with this company for the past few months without any luck and they will not give me my money back or return my quilt. This is ridiculous. I need the help of the bbb to resolve this issue. They will no longer email me back. They will not respond. This is what they said my quilt did after having less than one day. In this case it failed 3 tests:1.Laundered 2. Rip/Hole in the Quilt 3. Missing white ******* tags Ordered Jan 10, 2024 Arrived Feb 11, 2024 Returned Feb 12, 2024Business response

We received ******************** order Return and 1 of the 4 items returned failed inspection. A credit refund was processed to **************** for 3 of the 4 items. The item that failed inspection passed thru a 2nd inspection by our management team as is the policy any time a Return fails an initial 1st inspection. The quality inspection of the rejected item (a quilt) showed #1) it had been laundered by the customer 2) there was a significant rip/hole in the quilt and 3) the white certification textile tags had been removed. On February 27th at 2:42PM CST in email communication we informed the customer of the inspection outcome and offered to ship the quilt back to her. On February 27th at 2:47PM CST, **************** responded to our email "Do not send me back these items." Also in a February 29 email at 2:55PM CST, **************** wrote "I do not want the quilt back."Customer response

I strongly disagree with the company's response. While I mentioned that I didn't wish to have the quilt returned, it was solely because I chose a refund instead. I am entitled to either a refund or a replacement, not for the company to keep both the money and the quilt. Their actions are unjust in withholding both. If the company is open to sending a replacement quilt, I would now consider accepting it. The prolonged hassle I've faced with this issue is unacceptable. A reputable company should always stand behind the quality of their products. Even if I had washed the quilt, which I did not, it shouldn't have developed a hole after just one day, especially given its substantial cost of over $300.Business response

There will be no refund since the item was returned in less than pristine original condition. We offered twice to return the quilt back to the customer and the response twice was No. There will be no replacement new quilt shipped. This case has been closed and there will be no further response.
