I ordered a carport from JPK steel and was told it would be delivered within two weeks. That was in September. I finally called Eagle pride and was told that JPK overcharged me by about $60 and a car port would not be delivered until I was refunded. I have made multiple calls to JPK to get this resolved. And will not get a call back from their team.Initial Complaint

On November 9th I paid $1,161.00 to JPK Steel Structures for 2 horse shelters. It was agreed that they would be completed and installed before Christmas. I was told that it would be January 15th. January 15th came around and they extended the date. This kept happening every few weeks until last week when I found out that they have not started on the project at all and have no idea when/how the project will be completed. It specifically says on the invoice that they gave me:In the even t JPK Steel Structures has represented the structure in error, the manufacturer changes prices or refuses the order, cannot fulfill the Contract or come to a new agreement with the Buyer, JPK Steel Structures WILL REFUND the Deposit in FULL.By paying the invoice for the deposit you understand and consent to the following:You are giving your consent to JPK Steel Structures E SIGN Consent Agreement, will conduct our communications and transactions electronically and understand that you have the right to withdrawal your consent at any time. I have asked them to refund my deposit because work has not been started on the project and it has been over 4 months. I have told them I withdraw consent because they haven't started the project. *************************** refuses to do this and says that he doesn't need to refund my money. I have submitted a claim with my credit card but I am hoping that you could provide further incentive to follow through on a refund. I would like people to know that they are conducting fraudulent business.
