On 8/25/23 I purchased a 2015 ***** Tahoe and paid $17,500 cash. I didn't drive the car at that time because I had a rental. On 8/31/23 the check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone and was told the issue was with the mass flow sensor. Then I took my vehicle to Go Fast Auto Shop, they did a diagnostic and said the issue was the mass flow sensor. The light went off and then came back on. They recommended I take it back to the dealership I purchased it from. On 9/1/23 I took the car back and told them about the issues I was having. The personnel I spoke to about the issues were rude and sarcastic, and refused to allow me to speak with the owner when I requested to do so. A day later the owner called me back and said they were going to order the part. I was told to bring my vehicle back in that following Tuesday. When I brought it back I was told they couldn't find the part but then later received a call back telling me they were able to find the part. On 9/6/23 the owner called and told me they would not be working on my car because I told the staff at the dealership I would be contacting a lawyer when they were rude and sarcastic. The check engine light and suspension light continues to come on but they do not want to fix the vehicle.
