I've never had any problems with this credit union I have my mortgage, a savings, and credit card with them all at great rates. Also customer service is friendly and is not outsourced like some other companiesReview from Kent W

We got a personal loan. They sent and treated ** as though it was a debt consolidation loan . The checks to pay off the personal loan were sent to our local bank, instead of them depositing the funds to us as it was a personal loan not a debt consolidation loan accounts that where supposed to be paid with the loan were late and we occurred late payments. Plus the embarrassment of having these checks sent to the bank and our local tax system.Nothing was explained properly. The interest rate was not explained properly. Will never do business with All Tru Credit Union. I would never recommend them to anyone. When calling recently to get explanations due to charges and wanting explanations to why our account balance has not gone down . The person could not explain the charges to us correctly.Review from Virgil S

BBB! *P.S.A* BBB LOVERS! PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION THIS IS FOR ALL PEOPLE AND MOST ESPECIALLY ANY THAT ARE ALLTRU C.U. MEMBERS! THE Alltru Credit Union NEEDS TO BE **** ****** AUDITED I've been a member for OVER four years now with a DIRECT DEPOSIT CHECKING/SAVINGS/ROLL OVER/ ACCOUNTS A car loan with them and also bought the extra ******** warranty and the extra AD&D insurance WHICH they never returned what I was TOLD would be pro-rated and refunded if I didn't use it and if I didn't pay off the loan before the first two years. ***NOW PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS PEOPLE*** They put *MY OWN MONEY* that was from a auto insurance company in A DIFFERENT MEMBERS ACCOUNT!*** BECAUSE THEY DON'T CROSS CHECK *YOUR OWN NAME* WITH *YOUR OWN NAMED PERSONAL ACCOUNT NUMBERS* IF THE TRANSACTION IS DONE BY E.F.T.!!!! ***?Then told me that the MEMBER who got *MY OWN MONEY* had to pay THEM back *MY OWN MONEY* back before I would get *MY OWN MONEY* BACK IN *MY OWN ACCOUNT* SO because i had no money to pay my bills because I was injured *(you can't use your AD&D until you miss two or more months of work!) so my utilities were shut off in the middle of winter which busted my pipes in my mobile home, and wouldn't even give me a small loan because THEY SAID being a gig worker isn't a REAL JOB because I don't get taxes taken out of my pay EVEN THOUGH I had proof of income AND PROOF I HAD PAID MY TAXES with 3 years **** tax returns!!! So as all liars EVENTUALLY always do, 101% PROVED THEY TRULY ARE MISLEADING LIARS, THIEVES, AND NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO BAIL OUT BEFORE YOU GET ******* AS WELL!!! So in ***** holy name I pray that all lying businesses and their employees who are involved will *SEE THE LIGHT* amen.Review from Tim W

Worst credit union ever.My account was compromised and fraudulent charges where made with my lost debit card.I was contacted by the fraud department on June 25, 2023 Today is July 10, 2023, IAM still without the funds fraudulently taken out of my account.They telling me they have 20 days for a provisional credit.So now I can't pay my bills, they don't care about their members, are financial obligations members may have.I have been lied to, misleaded, given the round around, only to come up with the same results, nothing.As a victim of fraud, they sure don't consider the fact that I depend on alltru, to protect my funds and account, not this ************************************************** away from alltru.They want protect your money, and they will foot drag returning your funds.They will treat you like you stole your own money.They will lie to you and provide you with false information, Because they really don't want to refund you the funds.This is a shame.If anyone knows who I could file a complaint with against alltru, please let me knowAlltru Credit Union Response

I have used Alltru now for 2 hrs I believe since they bought FFFCU. Since they took over I have not been happy at all. They show ZERO LOYALTY to their customers. In the past it was my understanding that credit unions are all about the relationship with the customers. I have always given them the first opportunity for loans eve if they couldnt go out as long or their rate wasnt as low. In return they show no loyalty at all. I would highly recommend any other credit union. Alltru online banking is nearly impossible to use. They have made it extremely hard to pay anything online and to transfer they have absurd transfer amount regulations. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.Review from Cody J

We started using Alltru not too long ago. Over the last week, I had several deposits and withdrawals. The app didn't balance the account correctly and one day my account went from almost $500.00 to negative $500.00 with 1 transaction of $188.94 and then all of the daily transactions I had made over the previous day continued drawing the account negative. I had an accountant I work with look at the statement and he was perplexed at how Alltru balanced the account. Ultimately it left me with 9 overdraft fees of **** a piece totaling 265.60.Customer service had an explanation of how it happened but no explanation for the app. After this experience I'm going to close this account and believe that they are scam artists.
