I called them to repair my air conditioning system. The tech came out and put freon in it and asked me if I wanted a service call to check on it again in the future. I refused it. It came with a 5 year warranty and the literature on the unit said it would last 15 - 20 years. I figured I wouldn&#**;t be living here long because I am older. The tech said he would have to order the part and it would cost close to $1,000 dollars. It has been 2 weeks and they said they are waiting for the part to be delivered. I told the repairman that I was willing to pay for the part and he was surprised. It sounds suspicious because they have been putting me off for the repair. I would like for them to repair my ac unit.

It was repaired the day before we got noticed from BBB.  It was done and paid for by Friday, September 6th.  I spoke with the consumer and she was offered a longer warranty and turned it down.  I called the company to see if we could get the warranty filed for her and it took a couple days.  We installed it the day after we received it.  We are at the mercy of shipping and receiving.

I am supposed to get internet for 35 dollars a month because I am on disability. The guy I spoke to from Current told me all I would have to do was show my disability card. I have a caregiver and she called them after 3 weeks of not receiving a call or any type of resolution to my internet issue.   he said that he had already told me that I was number 14 on the list twice so I have been constantly bumped down on the list for at least 3 weeks. I have remained the same number on the list every time I called to ask about my internet.  I was yelled at and disrespected by this guy to the point of tears for simply asking when I could expect my internet to be installed.  I do not think its too much to ask to be given a time frame of when to expect my internet service to be installed.

On 3-14 when she requested service and we indicated that there was a waiting list, which is standard procedure for all our customers. She then called the next day and was again informed of her spot on the list and that she would be serviced accordingly. She was still in the same place on the waiting list and again called for installation and then she had a caretaker call and we indicated to her that we were trying to get the equipment installed to complete the service requested. So when our guys were in the field near her house prepping to get the equipment installed she came out of the house being belligerent with our employees on the public a public roadway demanding that she be installed that day, making my employees extremely uncomfortable because of the overwhelming amount of curse words she used. As the head of the department, I have reached out to her recently to resolve this issue but she is out of town and has not responded.  We are in the process of deciding if we will even be able to service her at all.  I now have to find alternate technicians to complete the work because my employees who were present at the time of her rude and aggressive behavior do not feel comfortable servicing her. So as of now we are still trying to make a decision as to whether we are going to accept her as a customer.  Again I have reached out to her for a possible resolution but with no response.
