  There have been multiple issues with this trash pickup company. Theyve missed my pickup in several occasions (while they did manage to pick up my neighbors, they did manage to skip me and had to wait an entire week for them to come and pick up trash). There were multiple phone calls made and several attempts to reach a manager to no avail. Leaving our trash on the side of the road for an entire week attracts all kinds of animals due to the area where we live. Then, once the trash was managed to be picked up after they missed it (my garbage can was thrown so far once I couldnt find it, its been thrown upside down, across the street, in the *****, in the road and nearly down a bluff). Which are all SAFETY HAZARDS! There is a lot of traffic on the main road where we live and especially 18 ******* trucks that could have hit it and caused a serious accident! This happened, Not once, not twice, NOT THREE TIMES, but multiple times!! I had neighbors calling saying that they saw our trash can on the road and they almost hit it! This is ridiculous at this point and we feel targeted!! Why has this only happened to our can at our address and not to our neighbors?! I have pictures to prove where the trash was located as well as when it was picked up late by workers who seemed they didnt want to even be there!! This company has done nothing to resolve our issue, they dont care, were never able to speak with a supervisoronly told that it will be taken care of, but thats said only to keep us (the customer) at bay! Im not sure what will be done or what can be done (but Im sure, after dealing with this company on multiple occasions, that nothing will be done! Whoever is working this route needs to be dealt with accordingly because it makes no sense that I have to continue going through this. Having to wonder if my trash will be picked up, wondering if Ill be able to find my can after pickup because its been thrown down the road or across the road in the *****.

  As of today, Thursday July 11, 2024, I still have not received any communication from the business. However, they have managed to discriminate against us again, as our normal trash day was yesterday (Wednesday, July 10) and our trash was the only one that was not picked up!

  The trash company located in ******** ** is over picking up our trash in Choctaw County **. We go weeks at a time with No trash pick up. We have called with promises that they will get us. They never show up. I know my trash is so full that we can't fit anything else in the can. We have having to keep it in our house to keep animals out. We are tired of not having our trash picked up. This company is not doing what they are paid to do.
