Shaw Glass was hired to install two new windows in the house we were selling following the home inspection. Initially, they came out right away, measured the windows, and said they would order them and they would arrive in 2 weeks. We were more than 30 days out from our closing date, so I figured this was plenty of time. Two and a half weeks later, he claimed that the windows arrived, but one was broken and would need to be reordered. After countless attempts for status updates, it got too close to our closing date and they said the windows were to arrive the week after we were scheduled to close. They suggested I just prepay the invoice and they would install the windows the week after we closed. Desperate to make our closing date, I agreed and paid the invoice. To this date there have been countless attempts made to contact the business and schedule the install with no success. Both the new owners and I have attempted to contact the business via phone and text. I just want the windows to get installed or my money back!
