My kid went to this daycare for a few months. Roughly April through late July. I paid for at least a full month and a few weeks continuously without him even attending. I informed them that he would no longer be attending, and due to lack of communication through the daycare portal and even calling it take them forever to respond. There has always been unauthorized payment attempts even after paying account accurate. I paid biweekly in the amount of $240 every other Friday, and just out of the blue on random days they would still make attempts for other amounts. I’ve informed them, but that’s a different issue than what I really have an issue with. My main issue is that I’ve been calling for the last three weeks regarding my child tax form to file along with my taxes, and due to their lies of when I will get it. They finally tell me today after calling a million times about it is that if I haven’t gotten one by now, it’s because there was a balanced owed. My son went to a previous daycare who used the exact same bright wheel child care app, from two years ago and his account is still showing on the app. But let tiny steps tell it when students leave the remove them from the app, but so suddenly right before tax time, our profile was booted from tiny steps. I immediately called and asked would that affect me getting a tax form and they said no. If the kids left they would send out the forms. So long story short, there has been lie after lie. My child even came home with scratches under his neck all the way to his chest and when I asked I was told they would reach back out. Due to the lack of never communicating about it again. I felt my child was unsafe so I never took him back and continued to pay even after he no longer attended for over a month. I deserve my tax form regardless of how they try to put it. My son is three and I’m a hard working mom who really depend on child care. They have let me down in so many ways. I just need someone with the right resources.

We are disappointed to see the extent of what Miss ***** would go to try to defame this facility. We have extended our selves to her and her family for many weeks without payment. Please see the attached communication which shows that she promised to pay us $575.00 for services rendered to her and her family which we took her at her word that she would, however, she fell short of her promise to pay. She decided to leave without giving a three weeks notice (as per the contract signed), without settling her debt and any further communication.
To address her "main concern"of the tax form, all tax forms were mailed out on January 24, 2024. The conversation she had with the staff informed her of that fact. She requested a copy at which time she was told that we would not request any additional copies due to her having a balance that was never paid. She then stated that she would call and tell the state we were administering Melatonin to the children (which is a false statement), she also said she would write to the BBB to state that her child was mistreated (which is a false statement).
We are prepared to make her accountable for all false statements made against us.

Wishing Miss ***** the very best in all future endeavors
      Administration.
