Not performing: I hired Parker's Construction to construct a front porch, non-bearing and bearing supports, repair the roof, replace rafters, order window and door. Contractor doesn’t show up as promised. Contractor failed to provide sufficient labor, materials or equipment to this project, leading to a delay to the completion date. Contractor does not communicate schedules, or respond to phone calls or text messages. Bad workmanship: We hired Parker's Construction to repair the Roof, rafters, siding, window, door, porch, supports and the contractor improperly works on the requested and the Roof, Rafters, siding, window, door, and porch are still unfinished. Unfinished work. We hired Parker's construction to repair the Roof, Rafters, siding, window, door, porch, and supports and they show up 1-2 days out the month to work but don’t come back for weeks or months.Initial Complaint

ON APRIL 2, 2022 I RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THE OWNER OF PARKER CONSTRUCTION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A METAL ROOF. THE ORIGANL PRICE 7,000.00. IT WAS AGREED THAT I WOULD PAY 5,000.00 AS A DOWNPAYMENT AND WOULD PAY THE BALANCE OF 2,000.00 ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETED . I PRESENTED HIM WITH CHECK NUMBER **** WHICH CLEARED MY FINANCIAL INSTUTION ON MAY 4, 2022. AS OF SEPTEMBER 16, 2022 THE OWNERS NOT CAME TO PERFORM THE WORK. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND NOW HE IS NOT ANSWERING ANY OF MY CALLS. I ALSO CONTACTED ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO CONTACTED HIM AND HE STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO COME AND PERFORM THE WORK AND HE HAS NOT.Initial Complaint

On February 19, 2022 I entered in a contract with ***** ****** of Parkers Construction, for a metal roof. Due to rain the insulation began on March 3, 2022 and was to take a day to complete. The worker informed me that they needed to bring back 3 caps the next day. On March 4, 2022 I phoned Mr.****** and informed him of damage to the white pipe on the side of my house and not to forget about the boots for the vents. The workers did not return to complete the work. I called and texted Mr ****** and got no response. For several days I tried to reach Mr.****** to try and resolve the matter. Finally on March 7th Mr. ****** called and stated they will be out on Thursday March 10th to complete the work. They came March 11th. I was not home and they only put the caps on and left my vents exposed to the elements. I need a refund for the unfinished work and any damages due to the rain and the breach of contract. The job looks bad there's a lot of work that needs to be fixed, the trim work and boots missing.
