On September 25, 2022, I sent a request to MATMAC Financial Group to withdraw all available money from my account. Throughout the time since, they have claimed they uploaded documentation about my statements, but I do not have any records or availability to see this. They have said they will email me this documentation and I have received no further documentation from them. On October 7, 2022, they said I had available funds. On October 14, 2022, they said a check was mailed and I should receive within 4 business days. On October 31, I reached out saying I still had not received any check. They said they had the wrong address and it would be resent. On December 4, I reached out saying yet again I have not received anything. Now, they said it was sent the day before Thanksgiving. At this point I am very frustrated by their lying and statements that are not followed up. I want to receive the money they owe me.
