I ordered a chair from Gift From Morocco's website in May, and it took 7 weeks to receive it. When the package arrived, it was not in good shape and some pieces were rattling around inside, and when I looked into an open section of the wrapping, I could see loose wooden pieces at the bottom. Two of the four legs were broken off and two support stretchers were broken as well. I took video of myself opening the package, as well as photos. I emailed the company with pictures, showing how the package arrived, as well as what the chair looked like and asked for a refund, and heard nothing back. I gave them plenty of time to answer, before I emailed again. I ended up emailing multiple times over the following weeks, asking them to at least pay for the repair if they weren't going to refund the chair, but heard nothing back. I finally emailed one last time a week ago, as well as contacted them through their website, just in case they hadn't received my multiple emails, letting them know I would be contacting the BBB, if they didn't respond or make things right. I have all the emails I've sent to them, with all the photos, plus the videos if that helps, since I can only attach one photo here. The photo here is the chair out of the packaging with the broken pieces beside it. Besides the MS store address I put in the form, there was also another address listed on their website: Fulfilling Multiple Shipping Address : Address MA : 81 Rue Karatchi, Appt 702 Casablanca, 22000 MA The website is owned and operated by : **** ****** And that's all the info I could find. I appreciate any help you can give me. I don't want to throw the chair away, but the repair will probably be more expensive than the chair itself, so refunding the original cost of the chair would be cheaper for them than getting it fixed or making another chair. (Well, that's not entirely true...the cheapest for them is to ignore all my emails and hope that I'll just give up and go away...)
