          Refund and Exchange Policy
          • Due to the custom nature of our products, including our cabinetry and counter tops, these items are made-to-order, and all sales are considered final. Refunds and/or exchanges on custom products are not available. However, if you purchase store (stock) items such as drawer runners, hinges, screws, caulking, tape, etc., these items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days, if there are no visible signs of wear or use, and if you have retained your original receipt. If the 15 day period has passed, you may receive a store credit where your store (stock) item may be exchanged with an item of equal or lesser value, or you may receive a credit towards a more expensive item. The remaining balance of the more expensive, exchanged item is due and payable at the time of purchase. This is available to you for a period of 45 days from original receipt. These types of exchanges are governed by the same rules as were mentioned previously: "If there are no visible signs of wear or use, and if you have retained your original receipt".
