I had ordered a passenger side mirror for my car with R.C., heated and memory. Part number 76208- TP6- A21, Order #**** placed on 11/10/22. I paid 238.03 and received it in the mail broken in several pieces. As soon as I noticed I called the number on the paper sent with the side mirror and it came up with an automated medical questionnaire; that has nothing to do with car parts. So I called the number on the confirmation email and it sent me to voice mail. I left a message but no one called back. When I called back the second time a guy answered and had sent me to someone else, he said he would be the one to help me but the call dropped. I called again I was told someone would get back to me in 10 minutes but never received a call back. The next day I called several times and no answer. I even had my dad call just in case they had an issue with me as a woman calling. I know that sounds bad but there are people out there who have issues with that. But my dad had no success and after leaving a message too, no one has called him back either. I paid a lot of money for this part and it seems like they don't want to resolve this issue. This is ridiculous. I would very much appreciate any help you can give me to resolve this issue. Thank you!
