      when there on word of a friend.they did some some major work on my truck.the price was what they said it was going to be.they were faster than I was thinking they were going to take for the work done.nice people and will return for any work to be done in future

      Beware of Sandy's Auto in Southaven, MS. This is a company with no integrity. They will tell you one price and charge another. They are not customer friendly and are bad communicators. Use someone else!!!

      Our apologies that you do not feel like we provided the services, we did for you. Like we have discussed several times Mr. Hill. We told you the amount for the cost of repairs. You okayed the work. Therefore, we did the work you okayed. We did not charge you any differently than we told you before we repaired your vehicle.

      This is a continuation of my conversation from 5/2/22 about Sandy's Auto. Not on one occasion during our discussion with Doris or Sandy did we ask for a discount, refused to pay or insinuate that we wouldn't pay. We didn't argue, raise our voice, cuss or say/ do anything thing disrespectful. In our conversation with Doris, right in the middle of it, Doris decided to hang up on my wife and I. I called back and asked to speak to Sandy, he wasn't hear anything I was saying. In fact he wasn't bothered that his wife hung up on us. He said to me,(if you want your vehicle, this is the price, my wife didn't make any mistake) and then it happened again."Sandy hung up on me also". I was very upset at this point. I had a conversation about what happened with my wife and just said that this is was very disrespectful and unprofessional for a business to treat good customers in this manner. It's obvious that neither Sandy nor Doris are familiar with de-escalating situations. The story doesn't end there, when my wife went to pick up the vehicle, she was going to write a check but Doris told her "cash only". My wife wanted to know why? Doris replied, "because Sandy told your husband, cash only upon pick up". My wife wanted to know why is it on your door that this business accepts major credit cards? Also why do you have a credit machine on the counter for processing CCpayments? Doris called Sandy and he okayed payment by check. Doris and Sandy were concerned that we would stop the payment. What! This was a debit card payment! Once you put in the PIN number, no stopping that transaction. If funds are not there, automatically denies the transaction. Sandy's Auto took our check payment and didn't apologize not one time for their actions. So I leave you with this, ( If you can view a situation from a customer's point of view and understand what they value, you can provide a fair solution that will edify the consumer and strengthen your relationship with them).

      Beware-- I Brought my truck in for warranty work. They agreed to do it and I signed the authorization form. An hour before they closed they called me and stated that the warranty company would take up to 48 hours to pay them. This is common practice. This is also something they should have known. They got very belligerent with me. I questioned them on why they do warranty work if they can't wait for the payment. The manager told me she would just keep my truck. I offered to pay it myself with credit card. They told me I would have to pay cash. I never agreed to that and there wasn't a reason for it. They literally stole my truck and kept it over night. I'm in it process of taking legal action now.
