      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped my vehicle off a week ago and after numerous calls checking for updates, was told this morning my truck was taken out of rotation because I stated I will pick it up. So my vehicle has been sitting on there lot and no communication to me about picking it up? NOT ACCEPTABLE! To top it off, they have the most unprofessional staff ever! I will NEVER patronize this location AGAIN! DO BETTER!

      I brought my Chrysler 300 three months ago I've been back 4 or 5 times trying to get it service for 3 things my motor mounts are ******* and the bolts holding it!!! Also the car has white stuff all over it and they said nothing can be done it just needs washing which I've done many many times and it won't go away!!! And ofcourse my AC not blowing strong. I do hv another appointment for the June 26th hopefully things will be different. But I truly wish I never brought from Landers Chrysler Southheaven both the general manager **** and ***** the service manager were both very rude and uncaring and said neither they or Chrysler would do anything and walked off. I went back Monday and asked for a report stating that I brought the car in and they refused to service it ***** the service manager said he would not do that and again walked off!!! Not very professional and rude he nor the general manager **** in my opinion sh hv a job if this is the way you treat a customer that spend over 40,000$. I really hope this is because I'm Black!!!

      Never take your car/truck to this service department! Our truck has been in this shop 5 times in the last 24 months and the same issue continues to happen. They now want to replace the same part for the 3rd time and expect us to pay for it again. Very disappointing. We even contacted Mopar to have them Goodwill the part and when ***** contacted Landers they told Mopar to cancel our ticket because we refused diagnostics. How did we refuse diagnostics when you told us what part again would need to be purchased. They have had my truck since April 19. We went again to talk to them in person and they refuse to do anything!!! We have owned a dodge for over 20 years and have never been so mistreated. Just completely unacceptable on Landers Dodges service department.

      Ive been told on roughly 3 occasions that the tear down on my vehicle will be started or has been started in the last 6 weeks. After not having this vehicle for 6 weeks, they tell me that after I asked the service **** ************************************ the parts havent even been ordered. After 6 weeks! Spoke with the district manager and was told that basically the breakdown in communication was due to my phone service and his service tech telling the service **** and I quote ********.

      Hello there im actually a current employee for landers and i work at the collision/paint shop as a detailer in ****** ********. and so ill just say all the things ive dealt w. The fresh water in the the break room water cooler is filled with tap from the water fountain so after sweating all day in a poorly vented shop the only available beverages are city water. this place can also be quite hypocritical from not letting family work together to saying they dont choose favorites. (when they do both). there isnt exactly a hotline or HR to talk too to discuss the poor work conditions so all my complaints normally get swept under the rug. not to mention the many many potential OSHA violations including submerged power cables, and many other things

      Good morning I took my car to Landers on ******* in ********* and paid ****** for my car to be fixed they said it was the service shifter and replaced it. Not even two weeks later my car is doing the exact same thing it was doing when I took it in! I recorded it and took it back up there and showed them that it was doing the same thing and it wasnt fixed! No one seems to want to help me and telling me that theres nothing they could do until the car messes up again. I left the car there for almost two weeks kept calling ******** the service tech he never answered never texted back finally after calling he got on the phone and told me he couldnt find the issue I told him I showed you footage of the car acting up and you still saying nothing is wrong! He said yes I asked for a rental or loaner car while mine was there to get back and forth to work he said they had none! So then I went up there spoke with the service manager ************************* showed him the video he still saying they couldnt find the problem so st this point I am like what am I to do your saying you cant fix it cause there is no problem I have a video saying there is and I just paid you 650 to take a car home thats doing the same thing it did when I brought it in! I emailed ********************* the owner twice no response! This really has affected me I have to ask people for rides get an Uber borrow someone car this is a lot I trust the guy that fixed my car ******** I even gave him a great review on their page and now him and the company care enough to fix my car properly! I am a single mother with two kids I dont have 650 laying around and I dont have a warranty on my car so that was out of pocket money for me! Please help me with this matter! I am paying a car note on a car I cant even drive!

      I took my car to landers Chrysler jeep and ram in ********* to be fixed. ******** was the service advisor and the one who was suppose to fix my car. I was charged ****** to fix my car I paid them and picked my car up a week later it was doing the exact same thing it did before I took it to them. Took the car back and they kept it for a week and a half and kept telling me they dont see anything wrong I even spoke with the service supervisor ************************* and he told me if the car dont acted up theres nothing they can do so I end up bringing my car home unfixed but paid them ******! They took my money and didnt fix my car! And told me theres nothing they can do! I writing to the BBB because I dont know what to do I need my car and I feel like I was swindled out of 650 cause I am a woman!
