I paid for my CMA certification test, passed the test and have been trying to get the certification verified every since. I have jobs calling them and no answer. I have called no answer and now the number doesn't work. I have emailed with no helpful information. Just short answers that doesn't answer my questions as to why nobody can verify the certification. I printed everything out after passing but NOTHING has been done to help clarify why the certification isn't been verify! I really need help, I have jobs waiting on this. They are not helping when I PAID my money for this and PASSED!Business response

I went through their weekend class which was fine. But since then I pay every year to update my certificate. In January I paid for a 2 year certification $150.00 and in November 2023 they had a special going of renew for another year and get 3 years free for $100.00. So basil renewed for 6 years in 2023. When I went to print out the certificate they have the expiration date as 2020. After several phone attempts to speak to someone to no avail. No one ever answers the phone numbers listed and you cannot leave a message. I emailed them and got a response for them that I had to log off and log back in and it should correct itself. Which it didn’t. After a few back and forth emails they finally changed it to expire in 2024 . Since then I have not been able to reach them at all. They will not respond to emails and I am being totally ignored. Now I am going to lose my job because my certification will expire on 3/1/24. I really just need the dates corrected. I do not know what to do. I hope maybe you could help me .Business response
