Associated Glass installed a window and the installer broke the window and had to replace it- in doing so it was not installed properly and now ***** with associated glass is not responding to my emails or calls about fixing/replacing it.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I do want to add though to ***************************** attachment letter- that I do work a 8-5pm job, why would the company have an employee "drop by" a house to complete a service without attempting to set up a meet date. Due to me working I can not answer my phone all the time and yes it probably did go to voicemail but no message was left- why would a company not leave a voicemail so that I can check it on my lunch to follow up? I was emailing with *************************, why did ***** not respond to my emails or set up a date via email instead of making drop by or not leaving Voicemails?
