This is really unfortunate. Nobody wants to have a bad experience with car buying. Recently, I purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave from ****** at Magic City Motors. Nice looking. 160,00ish miles. ****** assured us that he the owner really goes through these with a fine tooth comb and puts a lot of work into them His words. About 10 days later the car stops and you find myself and a 2 year old walking 5 miles home. After inspection it was deemed not safe to come off the car lot as metal was found in the oil. So ****** the owner said I want to put you into this trailblazer, ok fine. Go sign paperwork. Call my dad who lives in *********. I'm coming to see you. I'll bring pizza. Have the trailblazer 1 hour 44 minute break down alongside the interstate. Call Dad to come get me. Car just stops white smoke coming out of the back. Get asked why I drove out there when I lived in the Blue Creek area. Umm why do you care where I drive my car. Did you know it wasn't safe to drive? Sounds like it. Now I sit here with no vehicle and wait for them to make it right.Business response

All complaints were satisfied. ******************** is in a safe and mechanically sound vehicle. At the end of the process she was happy with our service and her new vehicle. As of this day, Magic City Motors, Inc. considers this matter complete and closed.

Sunday 10/22 I was pulled over for my temporary tags coming up as a **** Focus. Not my fault nor the cops as I bought a ***** traverse from this company.
10/24 call to see if I could go get my plates as I didn't hear anything from the court house they usually send a blue post card and I was told they sent the paper work back to the dealership and was not informed about this and then call dealership to get an extension and was told they were send back to the court house so they should be able to issue my license plates. They have been very rude from day one and cause I'm a women they think I'm stupid. Don't appreciate the disrespect I got from them.

They now have the vehicles back on the website that broke down on me and to me looks like they are trying to sell the vehicles.

As I have stated before, Our customer left satisfied after we sold her a very much newer SUV. If there was some other problem we were not aware of it. Her title was delivered to Yellowstone County DMV 10/23/23 and signed for by the **** ******* tracking # -9468-1112-0620-3619-2146-24). We tried to make it right, but there is no satisfying this person. Obviously, being pulled over with the the Vin number not matching the description of the car was a clerical error, not intentional. Also, lets talk about Bank Fraud, she lied to the bank on her loan application and the bank caught her in the lie. The owner in good faith, worked with the bank to keep the loan together for this woman, as she could not get financing any where else, the only condition was she had to buy from Magic City Motors, as we have a very good working relationship with this bank. We really did not have to do anything for her, but that is not the right thing to do. Magic City Motors is not in the business s******* people over, and if we were we would not still be in business after 20 + years. Both of the vehicles that we took her out of, that in fact broke down, were fixed by ************ and put back on our car lot for sale. The fact we helped her not once, not twice, but three times, and also kept her financing secure, I very much consider this a closed case as we went over and above anything other dealerships would have done for her and I am confident they would have told her to get lost and would not have helped her at all.

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't not lie to the bank about any financing. This owner ****** did all the dealing with my bank as he went through the same bank I even bank with. If I did bank fraud then how did they work with me not once but 3 times. They didn't even want me to go to a different spot to buy a vehicle they said wait to let them do you right. bank even said they weren't going to let them s**** me over and said sorry this was even happening. They are just mad they got caught in selling me vehicles that weren't going to last that they knew about. I would be careful buying from them as they aren't honest that is why court house sent paperwork back. And they should double check there paper work. Very sketchy place.
