I ordered three items from www.shopherfavorites.com and received only two.The packing slip showed one item crossed out, and I concluded that it was on back order but it has never been received. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have attached a copy of the charge card statement and a copy of the packing slip.Initial Complaint

Purchased ******** hair and scalp spray for 24.99$ on 1/6/22. Attempted to contact the business multiple times starting 1/23/22. All email addresses provided for customer service are returned as undeliverable. Never heard back from them. On 2/10/22 a shipping label was created for this item. Again attempted to contact seller, with undeliverable emails. On 3/18/22 they finally shipped the item; it arrived on 3/21/22 broken. Glass is completely shattered and there is no product. I once again attempted to reach the seller with ALL emails STILL coming back as undeliverable, despite the fact that they included ways to contact customer service on the recipient. I even attempted to contact them through ShopPay's "report an issue" feature that forwards the message to the seller--twice. Once after the shipping label had been created and nothing happened and today 3/21/22 when I received a shattered product. They are unresponsive. At this point I just want a refund and never want to have to deal with these people again. Attached are pictures of the broken product and the multiple email attempts made with undeliverable results.
