They are horrible on inventory management. I went online and purchased a pair of boots. Received an email confirmation, but after almost a week later had not received any shipping information. I emailed them only to receive a notice back that the order was canceled as item is not in stock. The boots are still listed on their website in the size I ordered. Simplye not reliable at all! Bought boots online for $249. When they arrived the price on the box was $189. Contacted customer service and they refuse to refund the difference stating their system doesnt allow it. Asked for a gift card for the difference and they refused.Review from Gabi E

I purchased a pair of shoes from Murdochs today and went home to try them on with different socks. I needed a size larger than normal, so I went back to return them. I went to the same cashier, who was very nice and welcomed me back in. I told her I just needed a size larger, so she told me to go ahead back and grab a different pair. In the time it took for me to go try on a different pair, a woman who I assume was a manager had approached my cashier and was closely examining my first purchase. She immediately accused me of wearing the shoes before returning them. I told her I wore them to try them on in my carpeted basement, and she pointed to a small scuff on the BOTTOM of the shoe. I offered to show her the time stamp on the receipt and she responded telling me I had to have a receipt to return them. Of course I had the receipt. The cashier vouched for me, and the manager woman gave us both a dirty look and walked away. I was appalled at the way she spoke both to her customer and her employee, without basic respect or kindness in any way at all.Review from David O

- they will let you order a vest from their website and wait a week to tell you its out of stock.- a week later, you can still find and purchase the exact same size/color vest from their website - you call them but they report it remains out of stock and they dont apologize or tell you they will fix it. Instead they argue.-you ask to speak to manager, but the manager isnt in and doesnt have a separate email to reach them.-you call back and its the exact same corporate customer service employee -other items you were mailed smell like a pack of menthol cigs.-this is what happened to me. Ordered men's boots online to be given as a gift, received an email confirmation of my order. Several days later I receive an email saying my order is canceled because the item is out of stock. Terrible inventory management, completely disconnected from the website. Attempt to purchase from them at your own risk. I now have to scramble to find the item somewhere else or change my gifting plan. First world problems, true, but disappointing. Buyer beware.Review from Brandon

Scumbags shipped me a broken tool and refused to replace it in a timely manner. Beyond disgusted with these scumbags.
