    Terrible customer **********************! cut our ********************** from once a week to twice a month, would not reduce the cost accordingly and had the temerity to say we are the only customers who are unhappy and we arent working out so they are going to pick up the portapotty unit. The secretary hung up on me when I objected to having the unit removed.What companies like this dont realize is there will be a time when business will slow down and they will need the goodwill of customers like us.

    Labor Day week we were running a day behind as per the Service Agreement in regards to the Holidays observed. **** was incredibly rude and demanded that service happened immediately via voicemail on a Friday. Her call was returned the following Monday, we explained the situation and she refused to acknowledge the fact that it was a holiday week as well as that fact that we are down several employees. Unfortunately there is nothing we could do as we are short staffed like every other company in *******. The owner returned a call from ***** husband and explained what was explained to ****, he understood that we simply dont have the staff to support servicing the number of toilets that were in the field and that we had to pick up entire routes altogether as the well being of our employees at this point is most important.

    Regarding Little Stinkers reply. Their context of rude is a customer who has had their ********************** reduced by half, not acknowledge their service was late (service holiday hours), tell us everyone but us are happy with the new service and then when they finally called back they said they were going to end our service and hung up. Bad customer ********************** period.

    And Little Stinkers is inviting us a willing suspension of disbelief when they say the shut down our route to care for their employees, normally how you take care of employees is to give them work so they get paid, no?. Are we to really believe you shut the whole route of all the happy customers,besides us, to provide care to your employees?
